• Qualifications only tell us so much - for qualified positions we always trade-test.
• Our salon is ideally located for train services to Thatcham, Theale, Reading, Hungerford, Kintbury, Pewsey, and London Paddington. Getting to work is easier than you think!
• So that we can guarantee standards we insist that all of our stylists and technicians are employed by Bravo (no self-employed positions - sorry!)
• Pay for stylists and technicians is directly linked to your performance - the only limits are your own! Our industry is filled with motivated, creative people who love what they do - we only recruit passionate people!
• Progression is in your hands - great hairdressing will move you forward, low standards will shorten your career with us!

We pride ourselves on the highest standards of training, some of which is out of salon and out of hours. Though our staff currently specialise in cutting or technical services, we welcome applications from 'all-rounders' too.
